About Uncommonly Smart HR

Uncommonly Smart HR (“USHR”) provides private sector businesses with tools, forms, and guidelines designed to promote effective management of human capital. In addition to the well crafted and strategically designed products available to members and non-members alike, USHR offers telephonic consulting services that enable one on one consultation with seasoned HR professionals who are available twelve hours a day, five days a week.

USHR is unique and positioned to provide strategic and compliantly focused HR consulting services. First, unlike many other HR consultants or HR support web sites, USHR was created by seasoned business and employment law attorneys, who saw first-hand, the risk created by over-reliance on “form” self-help documents available online. In helping clients resolve the risks inadvertently created by over reliance on self help materials, the attorneys decided to create products that could be more readily backed by meaningful HR support and consultation services. Second, USHR members may request attorney review and edit of any USHR product to meet their unique needs, offered at a significantly discounted hourly rate.
